approach to therapy is to meet my
clients "where they are"
and help them learn what they can
control vs. what they can't
control. I teach clients how to
develop coping strategies to gain
control over their thoughts and
behaviors while learning how to
let go of what they can't control.
I
use a Cognitive Behavioral
approach to help clients manage
stress, adapt to life transitions,
and understand the underlying
