work with clients to help them
regain a sense of personal
control, meaning and connections
in their lives. In therapy, I help
clients examine the beliefs and
behaviors that aren’t working,
to find creative, flexible ways to
approach their problems. In

develop effective coping skills to
manage daily stress and to
overcome destructive behaviors
(e.g., compulsive overeating,
anger outbursts, procrastination).
