Presenting Dr. Mostman's method of Emotional Release Therapy

This course meets the qualification for 3 hours of continuing education credits for MFT's and LCSW's, as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. MCEP's not available for this presentation. $10 fee for CEU's ADVERTS: Presenting Dr. Mostman's method of Emotional Release. OSS (Our Sunday Sessions) is a series of wide ranging and challenging presentations available free to members of the Group Psychotherapy Association of Southern California, and at minimal cost to the rest of the mental health community.

Expressive Arts Therapy: A Journey Into New Territory is an introductory course to take you dancing, singing, painting, poem making, acting, drumming, and discovering a vital realm of your existence - your creative self. Individual art modalities will be highlighted, aesthetic response investigated, and intermodal theory will be viewed from the inside out. A prerequisite for all students wishing to enter the ISIS Southwest Expressive Arts Training Institute, www.expressivearts.org  (next class begins January 2000). Learn, create, and discover the creative potential in you!!

Notes

Workshops have been used for hours towards various certification requirements. Introductory workshops a prerequisite.

Sandplay workshops consist of presentations on selected categories of problems, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, sex abuse, etc. Content is geared to participants interests. Workshops go from 10 - 4 pm, and consist of lectures that are illustrated by slides; also an experiential component. Coffee, tea and snacks provided; participants bring own lunch.
