A fitness test on a mental health web site?  Sure, why not?  Your physical fitness and your mental health are inextricably linked.  Physical illness can lead to depression or anxiety, or much worse.  And the inverse is true, when our mental health is suffering, we often don't take care of our bodies.  Take the test below and see if this aspect of your life is in good order.

  • If your score is above 16, you may be well-advised to seriously evaluate your overall health.  Your score on this test is raising a red flag.  Go see that doctor!
