Hi, I'm Paula McHugh. I am licensed by the state of North Carolina as a
Marriage and Family Counselor. I have 15 years experience working with
families and individuals. I offer counseling from the heart for people
of all ages and walks in life.
My goal is to offer caring, responsible counseling services for you and
your family. My emphasis is on you. I believe in people and their
ability to heal themselves. I have helped others feel better about
themselves and their lives. I can help you sort things out and make
positive changes in your life.
The main foundation in counseling is safety. Everyone has to feel safe
and accepted by their therapist. After that, ideas come naturally and
people begin to feel better
